Bartender

Yes there will be a bartender!

In conjunction with your R.S.V.P., (which is required to attend this years New Years Eve Party) you will be asked to bring a specific bottle of spirits.   We would love to provide all of this but that is not possible so please bring exactly what you agree to.   It is and will be greatly appreciated.

Your Donation will be donated to THE BAR.  You may then simply request any drink that suits your fancy.  All the work is done for you, all night.

If you have any questions please see or e-mail one of the party Hosts.

Non Drinkers
So how does this work?

You will be asked to bring three 2LTR bottles of soda / mixers.  Two that are what you would like to drink for the evening and one that will be something we are in need of.  (something like orange juice, bloody mary mix, etc)  All three bottles will be given to the Bartender when you arrive for the evening.  From that point forward, all you will need to do is go to the bar and ask for a drink.  They will fill your glass with ice, pour your drink and your back to parting.

We would like to consider placing a small token (gratuity) in the Tip Jar.  The Bartender is volunteering their services for the evening.  Please don't think you need to tip for every drink.   Two or three times for the night would be adequate.  If you want to do more, that is totally up to you.

Cocktail Drinkers (Mixed Drink)
So how does this work?

Your donation is similar to the Non Drinkers.   You will be asked what you would like to drink for the evening.  For sake of this example let's pretend that Vodka and Seven is your poison.  You will be asked to brink a 1.75 LTR bottle of Vodka.  When you arrive, donate it to the Bartender.   From that point on, you too only have to go to the bar and ask for a drink.   As with the non drinkers, you may ask for anything you wish.  Even if you find yourself in the mood for a Rum and Coke.  The bar is open to your every whim.

Wine Drinkers
So how does this work?

Your donation will be handled a tad differently.   As with the Beer drinkers, your donation may very well be specific to your tastes.   What we will do here is special.  We will ask you to bring a bottle(s) of what you wish to drink plus one extra bottle.  The extra bottle (this wine does not have to be the same as your bottle, just needs to be wine) will be placed in a general pool for other guests.  Your bottles will be marked specifically for you.  You will be given a small ticket with a number on it.  Any time you wish to have a drink, simply go to the Bartender and show them your ticket.  They will locate the bottle that matches your ticket and pour your special hooch.  See, it's that simple.  The only thing you will need to do it let the Bartender know if you want the wine chilled or served at room temperature.

Beer Drinkers (Includes Wine Coolers, Zima, etc.)
So how does this work?

Your donation will be handled similar to the Wine Drinkers.  Because your donation may very well be specific to your tastes, what we will do here is special.  We will ask you to bring the number of bottles of what you wish to drink plus a little extra.  If you bring a 6 pack for yourself, please bring an extra six pack for the bar.  The extra will be placed in a general pool for other guests.  Your bottles / cans will be marked specifically for you.  You will be given a small ticket with a number on it.  Any time you wish to have a drink, simply go to the Bartender and show them your ticket.  They will locate the bottles that matches your ticket and serve you an ice cold brew.  See, nothing to it!   There of course will not be any charge from the bartender.
